 <description>&lt;p&gt;??????????????? Pate brisée pentru pasca?????De obicei nu ma amestec in discutiile culinare, dar sincer pasca cu pate brisée nu imi imaginez deloc. Vreo prajitura/placinta/tarta cu branza poate, dar pasca in nici un caz. Pentru mine, blatul de pasca se face cu aluat de cozonac... De asemeni, cu pate feuilletée poti face unele tarte, sau pateuri si alte foietaje, dar aluatul de baclava e complet diferit (seamana mai curand cu feuilles de brick sau feuilles de filo, cu toate ca asemanarea e foarte lejera). In fine, se pare ca avem reprezentari foarte diferite pentru acelasi nume de reteta...&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Tiramisu pt o masa speciala de paste...</title>

&lt;p&gt;4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
125g zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
125g faina&lt;br /&gt;
80g unt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;pentru crema&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;400g mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;
6 oua&lt;br /&gt;
80g zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
1cana(250ml) cafea tare&lt;br /&gt;
50ml lichior de cafea&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;mod de preparare:blat&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Intr-un bol se sparg ouale,se adauga zaharul pudra si putina sare.Se aseaza bolul in bain-marie si se amesteca compozitia pana se omogenizeaza si se tripleaza volumul,se scoate bolul din bain-marie si se adaga faina,turnata in ploaie,si untul topit(caldut).se unge o tava cu unt si se tapeteaza cu faina dupa care se toarna compozitia.Se da la cuptor timp de 30-40 min.Se scoate si se raceste in tava.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;crema&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se bat spuma ouale cu zaharul,se adauga mascarpone si se mixeaza pana se obtine o crema omogena.Blatul se taie in asa fel incat sa ajunga pentru cel putin 3 straturi.Se aseaza primul strat de blat,se insiropeaza cu lichior si cafea,se intinde crema si se continua cu al doilea blat la fel si apoi cu al treilea,terminand deasupra cu un strat subtire de crema.Se tine la frigider 2ore si inainte de servire se presara cu cacao pudra si pe alocuri cu zahar  pudra.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2portii...pentru 4portii dublati cantitatile.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;                                 POFTA BUNA!&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;pai pentru aluatul fraged poti folosi foarte bine si e mai gustos pate brise de la Herta ;e f f gustoasa ;e mai scumpa dar merge ;nu pune feuillete pt ca e pt facut baclava ;&lt;br /&gt;
secretul la aluat sau pate este inainte sa o bagi in cuptor trebuie intepata cu furculita ;pofta buna&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Buna tuturor,sarbatori Pascale  cu bine si sanatate ,pentru cei care il au astazi.&lt;br /&gt;
O intrebare ,pentru gospodine.... Cum se face &quot;aluatul fraged &quot; pentru pasca ,sau daca il gasesc in magazine aici si cum se nunmeste? Multumesc .&lt;/p&gt;
